My life changed the moment I stopped following the path expected of me.

At 23, I turned down USC Law School to start a cannabis company that would later sell for over $25M.

At the time, I knew nothing about cannabis or sales. Most people thought I was crazy — but I saw an opportunity and trusted my instinct.

Four years later we had built California’s #1 edibles brand, generating $20M a year in wholesale revenue. We IPO’d, and by 26 my equity had climbed into the seven figures.

From the outside, it looked like success.

But behind the scenes, I was over-giving to work, over-extending in relationships, and constantly pushing myself to prove my worth.

Eventually, my body forced me to stop.

That moment became the beginning of a different path — one where I stopped performing the life I thought I should want and started creating the life I actually wanted.

I began designing a career and lifestyle that felt expansive and aligned. My health improved, my opportunities expanded, and life began to feel lighter.

That transformation is what led me to develop The Frequency Shift Method.

Today, I help ambitious women break the invisible patterns keeping them overworked, over giving, and stuck — so they can create lives that feel as good as they look.
